The pressure form can be adjusted during the operation. When the grinding setting time or the lap speed is reached, it will automatically stop the alarm and prompt to complete the semi-active operation. This feature of using fixed abrasive grinding, according to the density distribution of the relative motion trajectory between the workpiece and the abrasive, rationally plan the abrasive density distribution on the abrasive, so that the wear of the abrasive during the grinding process does not affect the accuracy of the abrasive surface. , So as to significantly improve the surface accuracy of the workpiece, and prevent the trouble of dressing the grinding tool.

The main body of the double-head chamfering machine is driven by a speed-regulating motor, equipped with a high-power deceleration system, with soft start and soft stop, and smooth operation. After the upper and lower grinding discs, the sun wheel of the grinding machine, and the star wheel form a grinding movement in four directions and speeds in harmony with each other, they reach the upper and lower surfaces for efficient operation of grinding together. The lower grinding disc can be raised and lowered to facilitate the loading and unloading of workpieces. In most cases, the workpiece is floating pressed against the grinding tool, and its movement rule is unknown. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze the force of the workpiece to find its force state and motion rules. Taking the workpiece as a separate body of the entire grinding system, the differential equation of the force balance of the workpiece is established, and the motion rule of the workpiece can be obtained by solving the equation.
