The craftsmanship depends on experience and tolerance! There should also be enough twists and turns. The radius is especially difficult for thin walls.

If you choose to use a fully automatic hydraulic pipe bender, you can add a mandrel to control the roundness of the pipe, while manual pipe benders can only do ordinary twists and turns. The manual pipe bender makes a mold, and after calculating the margin, the pipe can be bent manually. If the square pipe is larger, the fully automatic hydraulic pipe bender can be used.

The simple manual pipe bending is usually a steel pipe under 18mm. If it is larger than 20mm, you should consider using a hydraulic CNC pipe bending machine.
